RDTEX took part in the Fourth Annual IT Security Conference – UA.SC 2019. It was held at the Mercure Congress Center on November 14.
UA.SC 2019 is a platform where the best specialist and experts in the information security field come together to exchange their experience and find the most effective solutions.
Today, the cybersecurity topic is a serious problem for Ukrainian business, government agencies, as well as for every Internet user. Almost daily, we encounter different problems – from confidential information leakage to important data hacking and destruction. Therefore, knowledge on ways to protect and save data is the key to improving the Ukrainian business and government agencies information security level.
SOC building, Anti-fraud solutions, IoT protecting are the information security most relevant areas for 2019-2020. These were highlighted at the conference. Conference reports were separated into three flows where participants could receive targeted information for their specific needs. The main “think tank” of the conference became the open area for technical workshops.
The questions about the fraud in different areas and counteraction methods were raised at the Anti-fraud Solutions section. RDTEX Company proposed a complex anti-fraud solution that can be flexibly configured and changed to identify suspicious incidents in large and different data sources.
The speakers from RDTEX at the UA.SC 2019 conference: Valentin Sukhaniuk – Chief Information Officer and Konstantin Guzenko – IBM i2 product line specialist and i2 Analyst Notebook modules developer.
Sukhaniuk Valentin spoke about the decision in the anti-fraud systems field – the information-analytical system based on IBM Counter Fraud Management (CFM). He highlighted tasks, requirements and problems that were successfully resolved with IBM Counter Fraud Management (CFM), detailed solution architecture and implementation examples.
Guzenko Konstantin spoke about the IBM i2 functionality and the RDTEX i2 OpenUA Search module. i2 OpenUA Search main purpose is getting data from the Ukrainian open-data sources to analyze obvious and hidden links between different research objects. This allows identifying hidden communities, organized fraud groups, key objects and group leaders.
